Q: What is the price of Jud-E?
A: We are still working on some pricing packages, and please talk to the sales team for options. For reference, Jud-E pricing starts at $99 per room/kiosk, per month subscription. So that breaks down to roughly $3 a day per kiosk. We also offer two months free with an annual subscription. This kiosk subscription covers the admin/nurses station subscription as well. There are other one-time costs for purchasing the ipads, nurses station monitor, and the mounts or stands or other equipment, for example. We don't charge for our labor to help you configure the app to start using.
Q: Is there a trial period?
A: Yes. Your first month's subscription is always free. There would be a cost for the kiosks & mounts. We have options to buy those back or you have the option to provide your own equipment.
Q: Do you have a customer partner program?
A: Yes. We are looking for a group of customers who have a passion to help continue to improve the Jud-E app functionality and make it even more useful to facilities, caregivers and patients. We will always take suggestions from anyone, but to be in the partner program may involve time to help to design and test new features. We give customer partners a discount on their monthly subscription.
Q: Can I use the Jud-E app to assist with the care of a loved one at home?
A: Yes! Jud-E can work great in the home. An iPad kiosk is still required. We recommend a dedicated iPad for JudE, although that is not necessarily required. The home will also need a wireless network or you can use an iPad with a cellular connection. An administrator and caregiver(s) will also need to be set up for the home facility. These can be remote users.
